Kingfisher Wedding VideosCan we have a consulatation?
We do offer a consultation meeting as part of some packages. This consists of a 30 minute Video call the month prior to the wedding to discuss the timings of the day, any specifics thoughts on the video and make sure everything’s good for the big day.
What time do the videographers finish?
The Videographer is booked until 8:30pm as standard and this can be extended for an additional fee if required. In honesty, this is rarely necessary as in most cases we have covered the first dance and some evening dancing well before this time.
What are 'Guest Messages" videos?
Adding the ‘Guest Videos’ to your package will give you a video montage of interviews with your evening guests. Our camera op will roam the venue throughout the evening asking guests to record short, personal and usually funny messages for you.
Can we choose our music?
Yes. Premium and Premium plus packages include a PRS license allowing you to choose any music track to accompany your wedding video.
On booking the standard plan you will be asked to choose from a selection of royalty-free music tracks.

Do you record a backup video?
For the ceremony and speeches there are always at least two cameras shooting at all times. This ensures THAT should anything go wrong, we have it covered.
How can I pay?
Payment can be made a a single one-off payment or via our 4-stage, 0% interest payment plan.

Can we get ready in a different location?
Getting ready at another location is not a problem. It’s very common for us to film the bridal preparations at a different location to the ceremony. Please make sure you give details of both locations when booking.
How do we get the videos?
Videos are provided in digital format only on a USB memory stick. Additional Memory sticks can be purchased if required.
Can we make changes to the video?
The standard pricing includes an hour of additional edit time after the videos have been delivered. This allows for any small tweaks or cuts to make sure your video is perfect for you. If you require any large scale editing or additional videos, this can be arranged for an additional fee.
When can we expect our videos?
We aim to deliver the finished videos to you within 2 weeks of the big day. In many cases it’s a lovely welcome home present after your honeymoon!
Do you have a lot of equipment?
We use modern professional HD cameras that are as small and unobtrusive as possible. We also use high-quality stabilisation mounts to allow our videographers complete freedom to move around your venue to not only capture the most beautifully elegant sweeping shots, but also work quickly and stay out of your way!
How is the footage backed-up?
Immediately following your wedding all footage is backed up to our in-house data centre NAS We also back up all footage in the cloud for extra safety.
